This is a 4 session program designed to help the participant develop a personalized plan to quit his/her smoking habit. Each weekly session lasts 1-1/2 hours. Information and motivation are provided to help make a personal commitment to become tobacco free. This program is offered as regular community classes, at your workplace, or to groups. The cost for the program is $25.

Quitting smoking is a process where smokers unlearn the automatic behavior of smoking and substitute healthful new alternatives to cope with withdrawl and life's stresses. The class offers a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. The class meets for seven 1-1/2 hour sessions. The program is offered at Pro Health, your workplace, community center or church. The cost is $100 per person, $85 for Pro Health members.

A quit smoking program that consists of four, one-hour sessions held during a two week period. FreshStart will give you concrete ways to handle two major obstacles for many ex-smokers: weight control and stress management. The FreshStart kit contains materials to review and use at meetings and home. FreshStart is free of charge. Meetings are held at the American Cancer Society and St. Joseph Community Hospital, or arrangements can be made for meetings at your work site.

Provides direct services to pregnant and post delivery women, at risk or using alcohol, tobacco or other drugs. One to one services to pregnant women providing education referral and intervention services. Coordinates linkages to assessment and treatment. Community education programs to raise awareness of the issues of substance use and pregnancy.
